Want to meet former Huddersfield Town players Malcolm Brown and Brian Stanton? Well now is your chance to do so!

The former Huddersfield Town duo will be at the John Smith’s Stadium, inside the Stadium Store, from 1.30pm until 2.15pm ahead of the Terriers’ home fixture against Newcastle United on Saturday 15 December 2018.

Brown and Stanton will be on hand to sign copies of the ‘101 Club’, the book which helps you to re-live the incredible 1979/80 season in which Town won the Fourth Division title in dramatic fashion.

The former Town players will also join Club Ambassador Andy Booth as guests at Boothy’s Beer and Banter prior to their book signing.

The ‘101 Club’ book is the inside story of one of Town’s most exciting ever seasons that saw the Leeds Road outfit win the old Fourth Division title in style after emerging from the darkest period the Club has ever seen.

Legendary Town Manager Mick Buxton transformed a side flirting with non-league football into an unstoppable attacking force and his team dramatically clinched silverware on an unforgettable nerve-jangling last day of the 1979/80 season.

Town fans can now re-live that season and get an insight into life as a footballer, with the book, which includes an in-depth interview with Buxton and quotes from every single member of the 16-man squad who won the title in exhilarating fashion.

The book, which was written by national newspaper reporter Rob Stewart, is available for purchase online by CLICKING HERE, at the Stadium Superstore and the Packhorse Centre shop for just £14.99.
