Steve Mounié started the scoring as he got on the end of a Jonathan Hogg to head Town into the lead in trademark fashion.
It would take until the second half for David Wagner’s side to double its advantage as new wide-players combined, with Ramadan Sobhi playing a terrifically weighted through ball for Adama Diakhaby to latch onto and fire past the Leipzig ‘keeper.
Philip Billing would wrap up the scoring with Town’s third of the afternoon as Laurent Depoitre cut the ball back for the Dane to fire home from the edge of the area!
