“The fans’ support is crazy” said Huddersfield Town winger Adama Diakhaby as he explained how the supporters have back him and his teammates on the pitch so far this season.

The 22-year-old started his first game for the Club against Cardiff City at the John Smith’s Stadium and came off the bench in the Terriers’ other two Premier League games.

After moving to Yorkshire in the summer, it was the winger’s first experience of the supporters against the Bluebirds and he commented:

“I really like the support from the fans; for me it’s crazy and unbelievable.

“Every week, they get so loud and every time they support us; it’s great for me!”

Town come into this weekend’s game against Everton without a win in the Premier League, but Adama admitted although the players are disappointed about the results, it isn’t affecting their belief.

“I think we are disappointed as players because we need to win.

“We work together every day in training to win against Everton on Saturday; it’s important for us.

“Inside the dressing room, the atmosphere is good, not bad, and every player jokes and has a good feeling.”

The Toffees are yet to lose under new Manager Marco Silva, however, Town’s wide man believes the Terriers can cause them problems.

“The match is just before the international break, so it would be good to win before then.

“For us, it’ll be the first win, so it’s very important for the team, the Head Coach and the staff.

“I know it’s a difficult game against Everton, but we can win it.

“It’s a good team, but I think you can create problems in the Everton defensive line. We have talent offensively that can create problems for them.”

Adama goes on to discuss how he had adapted to life in the Premier League and David Wagner’s style of play, whilst also going into detail about how hard he and his teammates work.
