Mathias Zanka spoke after the game about the emotions in the dressing room following Huddersfield Town’s 1-0 win which sees the side move up to 14th in the Premier League table.
The defender spoke to #HTTV having provided the assist for Tom Ince’s dramatic last-minute winner at the John Smith’s Stadium against Watford.
Zanka spoke of his joy at being able to provide the cut back for Ince’s all-important 91st minute goal and the post-match celebrations that followed.
The defender also discussed keeping a clean sheet and keeping focused on the final four games of the top-flight season.
Speaking after the victory, Zanka commented:
“I’m still buzzing, I don’t even want to go home.
“I felt like we kept pushing and it just felt like today was our day and that’s why I was suddenly still up there after a long thrown-in and it was slotted home.
“I think a stoppage time winner, nothing beats that.
“Today is one of the days that our fans are going to remember for a long time.”
