“We will give everything to get the three points” said Huddersfield Town defender Terence Kongolo ahead of this weekend’s Premier League match against Watford.
With just five top-flight games remaining this season, Town faces Watford at the John Smith’s Stadium this Saturday, with the Club sitting four points outside the relegation zone.
Whilst previewing the game with #HTTV, Terence Kongolo explained that Town has to take all three points, expressing how important he believes this game to be.
The 24 year-old went on to explain how the group is confident after the performance against Brighton & HA and how he thinks the spirit is very good within the dressing room.
He revealed what he expects to face from Watford and said that he, and his teammates, have to give everything to win the match.
Terence urged the supporters to continue being the 12th man and thanked them for showing him love ever since he joined the Club on loan from AS Monaco.
He also went into detail about settling into life in Huddersfield, the Premier League and his relationship with his teammates, especially his friendship with Rajiv van La Parra.
Ahead of this weekend’s game, Terence commented:
“It’s important, every week is important, but in this game, we have to take the three points at home.
“We have a lot of confidence and a good spirit in the group, so we will give everything to get the three points.
“They (my teammates) have told me that Watford can play good football because they’ve got some good players, we respect that, but we are Huddersfield and we have to give everything.
“We are the Terriers, so this game is war and I have a good feeling about this game.”
