Huddersfield Town Under-23s continue with their Professional Development League campaign on Monday as Frankie Bunns’ side host Colchester United at PPG Canalside.
Mondays’ game will be the U23s sixth game of the season with Frankie Bunns’ side yet to taste victory this season, drawing two and losing the remaining three of their games.
The opponent – Colchester United – got off to a winning start this season beating Birmingham City 2-1 in their opening. The U’s have also drawn with both Barnsley and Leeds United this season and beat Hull City in their other game 2-0. Colchester suffered their first defeat of the season on Monday as they were defeated 5-2 by Nottingham Forest.
During the season, Town – members of the 11-team Northern PDL division – play the teams from the Northern Division twice and the ten Southern teams once.
