TEAM NEWS: SWANSEA CITY vs TOWN

14 October 2017

Huddersfield Town Head Coach David Wagner has made two changes to the team for today’s Premier League game at Swansea City; 3pm kick-off at the Liberty Stadium.

Summer signing Scott Malone makes his first Premier League start today, starting at left back in place of Chris Löwe.

The other change comes in midfield, where Aaron Mooy also lines up among the substitutes this afternoon after his international exploits for Australia in the recent extra-time World Cup qualifying win over Syria. His place is taken by Danish Under-21 international Philip Billing, who makes his first start in four leagues games.

Otherwise the starting XI is unchanged from the previous Premier League game against Tottenham Hotspur, with Elias Kachunga making his 50th league appearance for the Club today.

There’s a welcome return to the substitutes’ bench for USA international Danny Williams; the midfielder is fit again after the broken bone in his foot he sustained against Leicester City in September.

Wagner is still without the services of Collin Quaner (calf), Steve Mounié (heel), Jon Gorenc Stanković (knee), Michael Hefele (Achilles) and Kasey Palmer (hamstring).
