The newly-titled Supporter Services Department is one of the main points of contact for Huddersfield Town fans with any query about their club.
Huddersfield Town is committed to providing an outstanding service to all fans and visitors to the Club.
The new Supporter Services team aims to strengthen the relationship between the Club and its fans by engaging with supporters in positive ways and aiming to ensure contact is dealt with efficiently by all staff and departments.
The department is made up of Robyn Kennerdale, Rachel Taylor and Andy Booth, as well as the Club’s volunteer Supporter Liaison Officer (SLO) Nathan Hosker.
The ‘All Together Town’ initiative falls under the department’s remit, whilst Supporter Services also manages the Club’s relationship with fans’ groups such as the Huddersfield Town Supporters’ Association, Cowshed Loyal and the Proud Terriers.
Among the most important tasks for Supporter Services is the monitoring and improvement of the match day experience.
The long-running Patrons Association is also managed by Supporter Services, with Andy Booth compering the Patrons meetings.
Town’s charity partnerships, such as the vital life-saving ‘Keep It Up’ campaign run in tandem with the Yorkshire Air Ambulance, is organised and driven by Robyn and her team.
