Head Coach David Wagner will manage his 100th game since joining Huddersfield Town this weekend as the Terriers face AFC Bournemouth at the Vitality Stadium in the Premier League.
Wagner was appointed at Huddersfield Town on 5 November 2015 as the Club’s first foreign Head Coach and took charge of his first game 16 days later, which ended in a 3-1 defeat away at Sheffield Wednesday.
Three games later and the former USA international won his first game in charge thanks to goals from Joe Lolley and Nahki Wells.

Town’s biggest win under David Wagner came in his first season in charge on Tuesday 12 January 2016 as the Terriers put five past Charlton Athletic in the Sky Bet Championship.
Now-Assistant First Team Coach Mark Hudson scored the first against his former club before Nahki Wells doubled the scoring before the break. Three goals courtesy of Jamie Paterson, Duane Holmes and Jason Davidson made it 5-0.

David Wagner’s biggest away win in charge of Huddersfield Town came in the Fourth Round of the Emirates FA Cup.
His side put four past Rochdale at Spotland after fan-favourite Michael Hefele was brought off the bench to play as a target man upfront. The big centre-back scored twice, whilst the other goals came from Izzy Brown and Collin Quaner.

On Monday 29 May 2017, David Wagner guided Huddersfield Town to the Premier League. A 0-0 draw after both 90 minutes and extra-time sent the match to penalties before Christopher Schindler slotted in the winner to help the Terriers beat Reading in the Sky Bet Championship Play-Off Final at Wembley.
