Improvements to Ticket Office website

There have been a number of changes to the Huddersfield Town Ticket Office website to help supporters’ experience when purchasing match tickets.
Please note if you have bookmarked www.htafc.com previously you should delete this and create a new bookmark. Ensure that you do not use historical links going forward.
Changes were introduced onto the website last night to make it more user friendly on mobile devices for Town fans, whilst also simplifying the online booking system.
Security settings on the website have also been improved and as a result you may be asked to update your password.
We suggest that all supporters login as soon as possible to make sure their accounts meet the improved security settings and to familiarise themselves with the changes before the next ticket purchase to watch David Wagner’s side.
If you would like to forward your ticket on to a friend or put your seat on Terrier Exchange, then simply click on the ‘My Account’ option in the top right hand corner of the e-ticketing page before selecting ‘Manage Tickets’ and continuing with your transaction
