Frankie Bunn’s youngsters face Birmingham City in the PDL

The latest Professional Development League match sees the Huddersfield Town’s Under-23s head south for the Young Terriers’ match against Birmingham City.

The match will take place on Friday 24 November 2017 and will kick-off at 1.30pm at the Wast Hills Training Ground, B38 9EJ. Town fans can attend the match for free.

Frankie Bunn’s Development Squad comes into the game on the back of a resounding win over Barnsley.

Joe Lolley scored an impressive six-minute hat-trick after Captain Regan Booty had given his side the lead in the 4-1 victory

The Young Terriers currently 9th in the Professional Development League with 12 points from 13 games.

Some of Town's Under-23s also appeared in a friendly against Ossett Albion on Tuesday 21 November 2017.

Friday’s opponent, Birmingham City, is currently two places and points ahead of Frankie Bunn’s side.

The Blues did not play in the most recent round of PDL fixtures, meaning they have two games in hand over Town.

Birmingham City, managed by Senior Professional Development Coach Richard Beale, drew 2-2 with Burnley in the Club’s last PDL match.
