ONE TOWN FAN WINS £20K WITH THE BWF!

10 November 2017

Fun for all and prizes galore thanks to the Town Foundation

- Blue & White Foundation makes annual £20,000 draw
- One Town fan collected the top prize from the John Smith's Stadium
- Fun for all attendees at 'Deal or No Deal' evening

One lucky Huddersfield Town fan’s evening got a lot better on Thursday when the Blue & White Foundation gave away another £20,000!

The BWF’s 14th annual prize draw took place at PPG Canalside in front of a live audience of over 120 Town fans, with long-serving member E.G. Reeves the winner of the top cash prize.

83 year-old Mr. Reeves, from Meltham, wasn’t attending on the night, but his night soon improved when he received a phone call from the Club’s Promotions Department to break the good news in front of the crowd!

He's a very worthy winner; he's watched Town since 1960 and has been a Blue & White Foundation member since its inception in 2003.

Gordon, alongside his wife Chris, subsequently visited the John Smith’s Stadium on Friday morning to collect his £20,000 cheque; he’s pictured above.

Another 10 Blue & White Foundation members received runners-up prizes of £500 too; a full list of winners is below.

The big prize draw capped off another fun-filled night for Blue & White Foundation members, who were treated to an evening of ‘Deal or no Deal’ action by Town’s match day announcer - turned Noel Edmonds impersonator – Paul Ramsden.

Club Ambassador Andy Booth acted as the infamous banker, with 22 attendees picked out on the evening to stand behind the boxes, each containing a cash prize.

BWF member Richard Morelli was selected as the lucky participant, but it didn’t work out perfectly for him; rather than the £1,000 top prize, he walked away with £20 and a ‘Terry the Terrier’ doll!

All the guests on the evening also enjoyed supper courtesy of the PPG Canalside kitchen.

The annual £20,000 draw is just one of the benefits of becoming a Blue & White Foundation. For just £2 a week, you gain access to many benefits including a chance to win in the weekly ‘On The Move’ lottery draw and much, much more.
