LOAN WATCH: TOWN PLAYERS CONTINUE TO IMPRESS

How have Huddersfield Town’s loan players been getting on at their respective clubs? Htafc.com takes a look at how all seven have been performing.

Jack Payne – Oxford United (Sky Bet League 1)

Attacking midfielder Jack Payne currently tops the assist charts in League 1 recording nine from 18 league matches – 11 in all competitions.

Not only this but the creative midfielder has also added goals for the Us scoring five in all competitions, most recently bagging a brace in the Checkatrade Trophy in a 4-3 defeat to MK Dons.

Oxford United currently sits in seventh place, two points behind Blackburn Rovers in sixth.

Jordan Williams – Bury (Sky Bet League 1)

The young right-back (above) has made 12 appearances for Bury in all competitions, the latest coming in a 1-1 away draw with Gillingham in Sky Bet League 1.

Jordan has started in three of the last five games for the Shakers who have kept two clean sheets whilst he’s been playing.

Bury currently sits bottom of the Sky Bet League 1 table with 13 points from 18 games, five points from safety.

Jordy Hiwula – Fleetwood Town (Sky Bet League 1)

After joining Fleetwood Town on loan in the summer, Jordy Hiwula has gone on to score six goals in 22 appearances in all competitions.

The striker scored his last goal in a 1-1 draw away at Scunthorpe United on Tuesday 17 October 2017.

Fleetwood Town currently sits ninth in League 1 with 26 points from 18 games, two points outside the Play-Off places.

Sean Scannell – Burton Albion (Sky Bet Championship)

Sean Scannell made his 10th appearances for Burton Albion as the Club lost 3-1 to Sheffield United in the Sky Bet Championship.

He has started as both a striker and a wing back for the Brewers this season as they currently sit 22nd with 13 points from 17 games, two points from safety.

Fraser Horsfall – Kidderminster Harriers (Vanarama National League North)

Since moving to Kidderminster Harriers on Deadline Day, Fraser has made 13 appearances in all competitions for the Vanarama National League North side.

Fraser currently has one assist to his name and has been a vital part of the Harriers’ line-up performing well in both the National League North and in the FA Cup.

Kidderminster currently sits 12th with 24 points from 17 games, 10 points off the Play-Off places.

Tareiq Holmes-Dennis – Portsmouth (Sky Bet League 1)

After suffering a knee injury 39 minutes into his debut for Portsmouth on the opening day of the season against Rochdale, Tareiq has been back working with the medical team at PPG Canalside.

The left-back has been ruled out for a number of months. Pompey currently sits 10th in the Sky Bet League 1 table.

Rekeil Pyke – Port Vale (Sky Bet League 2)

Young striker Rekeil Pyke has appeared eight times for Port Vale in Sky Bet League 2 since his loan switch in the summer.

The youngster hasn’t appeared for the Club since Saturday 23 September after being ruled out through injury.

He previously started three games for the Club, who currently sits 19th in the league table with 18 points from 18 matches.
