Wagner makes three changes to the XI

Huddersfield Town Head Coach David Wagner has made three changes to the starting XI for tonight’s Sky Bet Championship game at Bristol City; 7.45pm kick-off at Ashton Gate Stadium.

Michael Hefele, alongside Jon Gorenc Stanković, have been ruled out by illness this evening, so Club Captain Mark Hudson starts in central defence alongside Christopher Schindler. A regular in the Emirates FA Cup line-ups, this is Mark’s first league appearance since the home win over Ipswich Town on 21 January.

The second change comes in central midfield, where Australian international Aaron Mooy returns from his rest at Brentford to start in place of Philip Billing.

The final switch takes place in the attacking areas, where Chelsea loanee Izzy Brown starts in place of Jack Payne.

Tareiq Holmes-Dennis returns to the match day squad to take a spot among the substitutes this evening.
