TOWN ISSUES RETAINED LIST AT END OF 2016/17

Dean Whitehead offered new contract

- Dean Whitehead to be offered a new contract at Town

Huddersfield Town has confirmed its Retained List at the end of the 2016/17 promotion-winning season.

Of the current First Team group, midfielder Dean Whitehead and goalkeeper Luke Coddington will be offered new contracts by the Club.

Goalkeeper Joe Murphy will complete his permanent move to Bury at the conclusion of his contract, whilst striker Flo Bojaj will be released.

As previously confirmed, Under-23 players Fraser Horsfall, Dylan Cogill (both defenders) and goalkeepers George Dorrington and Tadhg Ryan will be offered new contracts.

Scholars Rarmani Edmonds-Green, Denilson Carvalho, Luca Colville and Cedwyn Scott will also be offered professional contracts and, should they accept, will join Frankie Bunn’s Development Squad for 2017/18.

Under-23 players Ronan Coughlan, Jamie Spencer, Frank Mulhern and Sam Warde, alongside scholars Owen Brooke, Harry Clibbens, Callum Elliott and Alfie Raw, will be released too.
