Huddersfield Town will face Barnsley in a pre-season friendly ahead of the 2017/18 Premier League season.
The Terriers’ First Team squad will travel to Oakwell on Saturday 22 July 2017 to take on Sky Bet Championship side Barnsley.
The match will kick-off at 4pm and admission prices are still to be confirmed; keep checking htafc.com for further information.
During Town’s Play-Off winning season, David Wagner’s side took four points off the Tykes; beating the Club 2-1 at the John Smith’s Stadium before drawing 1-1 at Oakwell. You can watch highlights of the win below courtesy of HTTV.
Managed by Paul Heckingbottom, Barnsley finished 14th in the Sky Bet Championship table last season taking 58 points from 46 games.
This is the third confirmed pre-season friendly for the First Team after matches against both Accrington Stanley and Bury have already been announced.
