Information on how Town’s new away ticket ballot will work has been confirmed this morning.
10% of each away allocation during the 2017/18 Premier League season will be available via open ballot to supporters, who must have a previous booking history with HTAFC during or prior to the 2017/18 campaign.
The date from which ballot applications will be accepted for a specific game will be advertised on the ticket information page on htafc.com in advance.
To apply for tickets via the ballot, email email@example.com.
Ballot applications will only be considered if the application is in the correct format.
The subject line of your email should be as follows: Game, Full Name, Address, Number of tickets (one or max of two), Contact Telephone Number between the hours of 9 am and 5 pm
e.g. Newcastle, John Smith, 1 Fake Street, 2, 00000 00000
Successful applicants will be contacted by telephone for payment details by the date advertised on the ticket information for the relevant game.
Regrettably, the Club will be unable to reply to unsuccessful applicants.
