After considering detailed feedback from Huddersfield Town supporters over the weekend, an amendment has been made to the Club’s Away Ticket Priority system for the upcoming 2017/18 Premier League season.
The Club has now elevated supporters who have had a home Season Card for 10 years and are NOT a member of the Blue & White Foundation, Terriers on Tour or the Patrons to Priority 2.
These supporters previously sat in Priority 3.
As a result, the revised priority system is as follows:
All supporters who were 'Super Priority' in 2016/17* and have ALSO had a Season Card consecutively for 10 years since the Centenary season or have been displaced from their seat this season for the installation of the new gantry.
* 'Super Priority' fans had a Season Card and either a Terriers on Tour Membership, Blue & White Foundation Membership (having joined before 13 July 2017) or Patrons Membership (having joined before 13 July 2017).
- All supporters who were Super Priority in 2016/17* and have ALSO held a Season Card for the last three seasons (i.e. 2015/16, 2016/17 and 2017/18)
- All supporters who have had a Season Card for 10 consecutive years since the Centenary season.
All supporters who have held a Season Card for the last three seasons (i.e. 2015/16, 2016/17 and 2017/18)
All supporters who have held a Season Card for the last two seasons (i.e. 2016/17 and 2017/18)
Season Card holders for 2017/18
10% of each away allocation will be available via open ballot to supporters, who must have a previous booking history with HTAFC.
The date from which ballot applications will be accepted for a specific game will be advertised on the ticket information page on htafc.com in advance.
To apply for tickets via the ballot, email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Ballot applications will only be considered if the application is in the correct format.
The subject line of your email should be as follows: Game, Full Name, Number of tickets (one or max of two), Contact Telephone Number between the hours of 9 am and 5 pm
e.g. Newcastle, John Smith, 2, 00000 00000
Successful applicants will be contacted by telephone for payment details by the date advertised on the ticket information for the relevant game.
Regrettably, the Club will be unable to reply to unsuccessful applicants.
Supporters’ online accounts will be updated to reflect their priority over the next seven days.
Huddersfield Town’s Commercial Director Sean Jarvis explained:
“Having read and listened to feedback from Huddersfield Town supporters over the weekend, we have made a slight amendment to the Away Ticket Priority system.
“Upon review, we agreed that the dedication of Town fans who have had a Season Card for a decade but do not hold an additional membership needed to be brought into parity with the other fans in Priority 2.
“This is obviously an emotive and subjective topic and we will ask for further suggestions and amendments to be brought to the next ‘All Together Town’ fans panel meeting in September. As we said on Friday, we are committed to reviewing this system throughout the season.”
