-    Take Huddersfield Town to the top of the leaderboard

Huddersfield Town is delighted to welcome the EFL's official charity partner, Prostate Cancer UK to the John Smith's Stadium for the Club’s local derby against Leeds United on Sunday 5 February.

Prostate Cancer UK volunteers will be attending this weekend’s fixture and will be within the ground with buckets for fans to donate towards.

With Prostate Cancer being the number one cancer killer for men it is an issue taken seriously by the Club. On average, one man dies every hour from this disease, which is more than 11,000 men a year.

Only together can we continue to fight it and help bring an end to Prostate Cancer, and the upcoming fixture with Leeds United will provide Terriers fans with that exact opportunity.
Clubs up and down the country will be holding a match day for the EFL's official charity partner over the next few months, and will compete against each other to raise the most money for Prostate Cancer UK.

As well as welcoming the EFL’s official charity partner to the ground, Terriers fans can continue their support by donating online and taking Huddersfield Town to the top of the Prostate Cancer UK's leaderboard.

Prostate Cancer UK has set up a Just Giving page specific to Huddersfield Town which fans are encouraged to donate to -

Thanks to your generosity, Prostate Cancer UK is able to raise vital funds to help stop the most common cancer in men being a killer.
