Huddersfield Town midfielder Jonathan Hogg spoke to #HTTV and shared his perspective on Town’s away record ahead of his return to Watford.

Saturday’s trip to Watford will see the Midfielder return to one of his former clubs, as Jonathan reflected fondly on his time at the Hornets.

“I had two good years at Watford and we were unlucky not to get promoted. We’ll go there on Saturday and I want to win, that’s the most important part for me.

“It was just changing in my last season there. The new owners came in and I think the first day in pre-season we had 38 or 39 players. I could see what the owners and the chairman were doing – they’ve backed themselves and look where they are now.”

The Middlesbrough-born midfielder spoke about Huddersfield Town’s away record and shared his perspective on it commenting:

“We’ve got to stay positive, we are playing some quality teams and if you drop your head you will get punished in this league. We will go there full of confidence – none of the lads are down – we will back ourselves tomorrow and make sure we go there and put a performance in”
