Huddersfield Town is asking for the help of its Season Card holders ahead of the next Premier League home game against Chelsea on Tuesday 12 December 2017.
Because of scanning issues in specific areas of the John Smith’s Stadium in the early stages of the season, Town’s Ticket Office has undertaken an extensive Season Card reprinting process for supporters in the affected areas.
The final batch of newly reprinted Season Cards – ones in the Revell Ward Stand Upper Tier – were sent via First Class mail on Thursday 30 November and should have now arrived with supporters.
Not every Season Card holders will receive a new card, as not all cards needed to be reprinted.
If you have received a new Season Card since September, please cut up and throw away your old card.
If you have not received a new Season Card, there is an easy way to double-check if you should have

If you are a Season Card holder with an old card and do not receive a replacement card over the weekend, please email the Ticket Office on email@example.com immediately as follows:
- In the email subject line, please quote your Client Reference Number, the stand you sit in, your row and seat number
- In the body of the email, please confirm your current postal address and mobile phone number
A replacement Season Card will be sent out by first class post.
Huddersfield Town’s Ticket Office Manager Sue Beaumont commented:
“We’d like to thank all our Season Card holders for their patience on this matter and apologise for any inconvenience that has been caused.
“The demand put on our systems by bigger-than-ever crowds quickly identified an issue with several batches of Season Cards that were printed in the summer and we’ve moved as quickly as possible to solve that issue.
“I’d strongly encourage any Season Card holder with an old card to get in touch with Michelle via email as soon as possible so we can sort your reprint out before the upcoming home double-header against Brighton & Hove Albion and Chelsea.”
