26 year-old leaves Town by mutual consent

Jason Davidson has today departed from Huddersfield Town by mutual consent after his contract was terminated.

Jason joined Huddersfield Town in June 2015 as a free agent from West Brom and went on to play 27 games for the Terriers during the 2015/16 season, scoring one goal in a 5-0 win over Charlton Athletic.

The left back spent last season on loan at Eredivisie side FC Groningen and made 22 appearances for the Dutch squad.

Since returning to the Club this summer, Davidson made two appearances for Frankie Bunn’s Under-23s side.

Jason’s contract was set to run until the summer of 2018.
