Harry Bunn has today completed a permanent transfer to Sky Bet League 1 side Bury, ending his time at Huddersfield Town.

The terms of Harry’s transfer will remain undisclosed.

Harry will link up with former Town Manager Lee Clark at Gigg Lane as well as several former Terriers players including goalkeeper Joe Murphy, one-time loanee Jermaine Beckford and full back Joe Skarz.

Bunn joined the Terriers from Manchester City in December 2013, turning an initial loan move into a permanent deal after just two months.

He went on to make 70 starts and 28 substitute appearances for the Terriers in the Sky Bet Championship, scoring 17 goals in the process.

Six of the starts, alongside 10 substitute appearances came in Town’s promotion-winning campaign last season.

Harry’s contract at Huddersfield Town was set to run until the summer of 2019.

Huddersfield Town Head Coach David Wagner commented:

“Harry is a great character and has been a good player for this Club for a long time, but this move to Bury works for everyone now.

“Everyone here at Huddersfield Town would like to thank Harry for what he has done for the Club and wishes him all the best for the future.”
