A last-minute penalty save from newly signed goalkeeper Luke Mewitt secured an opening day 3-2 win for Huddersfield Town’s Under-18 side against visitors Bristol City at PPG Canalside on Tuesday afternoon.
The young Terriers raced into a three-goal lead thanks to strikes from Matty Daly, Micah Obiero and George Danaher before the visitors fought back, with Mewitt’s save securing the three points.
