Huddersfield Town’s Under-18 side is back in Professional Development League action on Saturday morning with a game at Charlton Athletic.

Professional Development Coaches Tony Carss and Leigh Bromby’s squad will make the long journey to London on Friday to prepare for the 11am Saturday kick-off against the Addicks at their Sparrows Lane training ground (New Eltham, SE9 2JR).

Lead PD Coach Carss fielded a very young side in the last game; a 4-1 home defeat to Sheffield Wednesday last weekend. Check out highlights below, courtesy of HTTV.

That defeat means the Terriers go into Saturday’s game in fourth position in the 10 team northern table with 13 points from eight games.

The Addicks are third in the southern section, having accumulated 12 points from the same number of games.

During the season, Town will play each team in the northern group twice – once at home and once away – and each team from the southern section once.

At the end of the normal league programme, the top two teams from each section face off against each other to determine the overall champion.
