Huddersfield Town’s Under-18 side could go third in the Professional Development League 2 North with a win at West Yorkshire rival Leeds United on Saturday morning.

The side, which is managed by Lead Professional Development Coach Tony Carss, currently sits fourth in the northern league with 44 points from 25 games. A win at Thorp Arch would see the team jump above Crewe Alexandra into third in the division, two points behind second placed Sheffield United in the final Play-Off position.

Leeds United's Under-18 side comes into the game placed ninth in the table with 33 points from 25 games.

The Professional Development League 2 is split into two regional divisions, North and South. Teams play opponents in their own division twice and the other division once, before the top two teams from each league meet in the Play-Offs to determine the overall champions.

The young Terriers have won seven games in the last 10 in the league, but goes into the game on the back of a 5-0 home reversal to Sheffield United on Thursday. Highlights of the game are below courtesy of HTTV.
