Town fans are invited to have their say on their experience of supporting the Terriers and as a thank you will have the opportunity to be entered in to a prize draw to win one of a great range of football related prizes.
The EFL is conducting a supporters’ survey to find out the views of Town fans and in particular the match day experience at the John Smith’s Stadium. The results will be shared with the Club to allow your opinions to be considered when planning for the future.

To thank you for taking part, the EFL will offer all Town fans completing the survey the opportunity to enter in to a prize draw* to win one of the following great prizes:
- A family tour of Wembley Stadium

- A pair of tickets to the 2017 Sky Bet Championship Play-Off Final
