Huddersfield Town’s Under-21 side travels to Lancashire to face Bolton Wanderers in the Professional Development League 2 North on Monday night.

Despite a first defeat in around five months recently, the young Terriers will be full of confidence on the back of their victory over Charlton Athletic in the Premier League Cup Quarter Final last Monday.

Highlights of that game – won by a penalty shootout – are below courtesy of HTTV!

Frankie Bunn’s side currently sits top of the table, four points clear of second place Sheffield United, but will be looking to get back to winning ways in the league after a defeat last time out to the Blades has seen the gap at the top reduced.

The hosts on Monday currently sit in sixth place in the PDL2 North table, with five victories in 20 games.

When the two sides met in November, a goal from Ronan Coughlan and an own goal decided a tight affair 2-1 at the John Smith’s Stadium.

In the PDL2, teams can play a maximum of three overage outfields and an overage goalkeeper.

Monday night’s game will be played at Lancashire FA, The County Ground, Thurston Road, Leyland (PR25 2LF).

If you can’t get to the game on Monday night, (kick off is 7pm) you can follow team news and updates of the score on Town’s official Twitter account, @htafcdotcom
