Huddersfield Town’s Under-21 side will host Charlton Athletic in the 2015/16 Premier League Cup quarter final on Monday 8 February 2016, 1pm kick-off.
The game will take place at the John Smith’s Stadium. Admission will be priced at £4 for adults and £2 concessions; juniors, seniors and Season Card holders.
As a result of this game, the scheduled Under-21 fixture at home to Birmingham City will now be played on Thursday 3 March at 1pm at the John Smith's Stadium.
The young Terriers' run of 15 wins and drawn one game in an amazing 16 games in all competitions came to an end at Sheffield United last Monday, but Frankie Bunn's side still sits top of the Professional Development League 2 North table by seven points.
Opponents Charlton’s Under-21s, led by Interim SPD Coach Simon Clark, top the Professional Development League 2 South table after their own 16 game unbeaten run and have defeated Ipswich Town, Watford and Brentford to reach the quarter finals.
The Terriers have won three games to reach this stage of the competition, beating Nottingham Forest and Middlesbrough at home before knocking out holders Southampton thanks to a 2-0 win at St. Mary’s on Monday. Highlights of that win are below via HTTV!

Senior Professional Development Coach Frankie Bunn’s side reached the quarter finals of the competition last year, defeating Barnsley, Everton and Charlton Athletic before losing 1-0 in the last few seconds against Reading.
As in the PDL2, teams can play a maximum of three overage outfields and an overage goalkeeper.
The winner has to be decided on the day, so extra time and penalties will be utilised if required.
