Hull City was confirmed as the Terriers' semi-final opponent on Tuesday afternoon after the Tigers recorded a 3-1 quarter-final win over hosts Millwall at the Den in South London.
The winners will play the victor of the other semi-final between Liverpool and West Ham in the two legged U21 Premier League Cup Final.
The Terriers, led by Senior Professional Development Coach Frankie Bunn, have already won four games to reach this stage of the competition - beating Nottingham Forest, Middlesbrough, holders Southampton and PDL2 South leaders Charlton Athletic out to reach the semis.
Highlights of that dramatic quarter final win, sealed via penalty shootout after a 1-1 draw over 120 minutes, are below via HTTV!

Frankie's side reached the quarter finals of the competition last year, defeating Barnsley, Everton and Charlton Athletic before losing 1-0 in the last few seconds against Reading.
As in the PDL2, teams can play a maximum of three overage outfields and an overage goalkeeper.
The winner has to be decided on the day, so extra time and penalties will be utilised if required.
