Former Huddersfield Town Manager Lee Clark will return to the John Smith’s Stadium on Thursday 15 December to sign copies of his new book!
Lee will be in the Stadium Superstore from 4pm until 5pm to sign copies of his new autobiography, ‘Black or White, no Grey Areas’, which will be on sale in store for £9.99.
One of the major topics in the book is Lee’s time at the Club as Manager between 2008 and 2012, which included a 43-game regular season unbeaten run and the dramatic Play-Off Final defeat to Peterborough United at Old Trafford in 2011.
The book is penned by Geordie ghost-writer Pavel – Will Scott – and is published by Mojo Risin’ Publishing.
Lee also speaks of his enduring relationship with Town Chairman Dean Hoyle, who he still holds in high-regard following his departure from the Club:
“When I return (to the stadium) now, I’m a guest of his, and we still speak regularly.
“Hoyle often calls asking my opinion on different players. I know he’s recommended me for other jobs and given me a glowing reference. He’ll always be a man I’ll have the utmost respect for.
“He’s often told me that his biggest regret was not making the leap into the Championship together.
“We could have heated debates without falling out. That is how strong our relationship was.”
