Notes from the latest meeting of the All Together Town (ATT) Voices Panel in December 2016 have today been released.

14 members of the ATT Voices Panel were in attendance as well as several Huddersfield Town staff members including Commercial Director Sean Jarvis, Head of Marketing & Communications David Threlfall-Sykes, Club Ambassador Andy Booth, Retail Manager Luke Cowan, Marketing Manager Jonathan Wilkinson, Ticket Office Manager Sue Beaumont and Supporter Partnerships Executive Rachel Taylor.

Independent Supporter Liaison Officer Nathan Hosker was also present.
A range of topics were covered in the meeting from Retail feedback, the South Stand, BBC Radio Leeds' match day coverage, the Match Day experience, attracting new supporters and Safe Standing.

Andy Booth opened the meeting by welcoming the Voices Panel.
Retail Manager, Luke Cowan asked for feedback regarding the two mobile units the Retail Department uses around the Stadium on a home match day and the retail presence.

The Club advised it is working with the relevant parties to look at the reduction of the segregation in the South Stand as an ongoing issue.

The NSL advised that a display it had been planning to arrange using foils which had not been passed by the Events Panel. It will be resubmitted to the panel at the next arranged meeting. Following on from this a discussion took place regarding supporter representation on the Events Panel and how matters like this could be escalated if required via the Football Supporters Federation. The VP members requested that a representative of the Safety Advisory Group or Events Panel was invited to come to an All Together Town meeting.

Head of Marketing and Communications David Threlfall-Sykes explained to the panel the current situation regarding Radio Leeds' coverage of Town on DAB and the coverage the Club receives.

Match day experience was discussed and the Club is looking at expanding the offering at PPG Canalside.

The Club is actively promoting and marketing to different audiences to try and attract new supporters. Marketing Manager Jonathan Wilkinson explained that the Club has started distributing posters in other languages to try and expand the reach of the Football Club to different communities.

Safe Standing; a Voices Panel member asked if the Club had been represented at a meeting held regarding Safe Standing at Celtic. The Club will revert back to the VP member once further information had been gained.

The next meeting of the Voices Panel is scheduled to take place early in 2017 and discussions regarding the ‘Twenty’s Plenty Campaign’ will be on the agenda along with a presence from the Stadium Catering Company Sodexo.
