Frankie Bunn's team, which has already qualified for the end of season PDL2 Play-Offs, could win the northern title on Thursday if Sheffield United loses at Crystal Palace.
The Under-21s are back in PDL2 action on Monday 18 April when Bunn's team hosts Cardiff City at the John Smith's Stadium; 1pm kick-off.
