- Husband (ineligible), Billing & Matmour make way

Huddersfield Town Head Coach David Wagner has made three changes to his starting XI for tonight’s Sky Bet Championship game against Middlesbrough; 7.45pm kick-off at the Riverside Stadium.

The first is an enforced change, with loanee James Husband ineligible to face his parent club. His left back slot is taken by Jason Davidson; his first start in three games.

Another player making his first start in three games is Wales international Emyr Huws, who replaces Philip Billing in central midfield.

The third and final change comes in the attacking areas as Jamie Paterson returns to the team at the expense of Karim Matmour.

Dean Whitehead makes his first return to former club Boro this evening; he made 53 starts and 10 substitute appearances for the North East club over the last two seasons before switching to West Yorkshire in the summer.

Elsewhere Harry Bunn makes the 100th appearance of his professional career tonight.

Goalkeeper Joe Murphy misses out with a shoulder problem and is replaced on the bench by 22 year-old Lloyd Allinson, whilst there is also a place for Under-21 striker Flo Bojaj in the squad too.
