Development Squad goalkeeper Sam Guthrie returns to Huddersfield Town following the end of his Youth Loan spell at Clitheroe FC.
The 19 year-old started six games for Clitheroe after joining the Evo-Stik Northern Premier First Division North club on a one month Youth Loan on 18 September.
His final appearance was in their 4-1 defeat to Glossop North End.
Sam joined Town’s Academy from Gateshead College in 2012 and has featured regularly for Town’s Under-18s and Under-21 Development Squad.
This was the youngster’s second loan spell away from the Club; last season he spent a month on loan at Salford City.
The goalkeeper’s contract with the Terriers runs until the end of the 2015/16 season after he signed a year’s extension in the summer.
Town’s other professional players currently out on loan are Jordy Hiwula (Wigan Athletic); Murray Wallace and Joe Lolley (both Scunthorpe United); Joe Wright (Accrington Stanley); Liam Coogans (Queen of the South) and Joe Wilkinson (Hyde United).
Admission to Town’s Championship game at home to MK Dons tomorrow is just £10 at the gate!
