Captain Jamie Spencer scores his second goal in as many games to seal back-to-back wins for Huddersfield Town’s Under-18s at Sheffield Wednesday on Saturday morning.
Tony Carss’ side performed well on the afternoon at Wednesday’s Middlewood training ground and scored the only goal of the Professional Development League 2 North game a couple of minutes before the half time interval, with Spencer glancing a header home from fellow second year scholar Jack Boyle’s free kick.
Highlights of the game will appear on HTTV on Monday.
Carss’ side, which has recorded three wins and one draw in its last four games, drew holders Chelsea in the Third Round of the FA Youth Cup this week.
