New disclosure under FA Regulations
Under The FA Regulations on Working with Intermediaries (D3), there is a requirement that by 30 November 2015, Huddersfield Town publish intermediary fees paid during the period 1 October 2014 to 30 September 2015.
This publication also includes fees paid to agents under The FA Football Agents Regulations.
The amounts include:
- The amounts paid to intermediaries for services provided to the club; and
- The amounts paid to intermediaries on behalf of players
The amount paid in the period was £429,342.78
This is the first year of the requirement and there is no comparative amount for prior years. This is a different basis to the disclosures required by the Football League and the disclosures are not comparable with those made in prior years for that purpose.
