Highlights of Town’s Player of the Year
As first seasons at a new club go, they don’t come much better than Jacob Butterfield’s at Huddersfield Town!
After joining the Club from Middlesbrough in early August, the 24 year-old started every one of Town’s remaining 45 Sky Bet Championship games; that’s as many games as he had started over the past two and a half years!
In those games, Jacob netted six goals – another seasonal high for him in his already impressive career – and grabbed eight assists, which saw him top the Club’s charts.
That culminated in Jacob taking home the prestigious Hargreaves Memorial Trophy as the Club’s 2014/15 Player of the Year, as voted for by the Town faithful!
