TOWN’S TEAM vs FULHAM

21 March 2015

Two changes to the starting XI

Huddersfield Town Manager Chris Powell has made two changes to the starting XI for today’s Sky Bet Championship game at home to Fulham; 3pm kick-off at the John Smith’s Stadium.

After a five game absence with a shoulder injury, 12 goal top scorer Nahki Wells makes a timely return to fitness today; he takes the place of the suspended James Vaughan in the starting line-up.

The other change comes in defence, where Canadian international David Edgar makes his first start in four games at the expense of Jake Carroll.

There are a couple of big landmarks for Town players this afternoon; skipper Mark Hudson makes the 400th appearance of his career against the Club where he started his career, whereas midweek goal-scorer Ishmael Miller makes his 200th League start.

There’s a second appearance among the substitutes for first year professional Jake Charles today, who was also called up to Wales’ Under-21 squad for the first time this week.
