Young Terriers host Sheffield United at 11am

Town’s Under-18s will be aiming to get back to winning ways when they face Sheffield United at PPG Canalside on Saturday morning.

Town’s youngsters were knocked out of the FA Youth Cup midweek by Chelsea at Aldershot Town’s Recreation Ground, leaving the Professional Development League 2 North the focus for Tony Carss’ side.

The game will kick off at 11am on the canal pitch, over the canal behind the main building at PPG Canalside.

Sheffield United’s Under-18 side currently sits in sixth position in the division.

Town will be hoping they can replicate the game in South Yorkshire earlier this season when they won 2-0 away thanks to goals from Jack Boyle and a Ronan Coughlan penalty in November.

In the league, Town’s Under-18s have only lost once in their last 11 fixtures and picked up eight wins during that spell.

As always, Town’s Twitter account – - will have team news and updates of the goals as they go in on Saturday morning!
