TOWN’S TEAM VS. READING

24 February 2015

Powell makes three changes

Manager Chris Powell has made three changes to the starting line-up for this evening’s Sky Bet Championship game versus Reading; 7.45pm kick-off at the John Smith’s Stadium.

Ishmael Miller comes in to the side in the place of James Vaughan, whereas the other two changes to the starting XI are enforced.

Harry Bunn replaces Sean Scannell, who misses out with a hamstring injury; Bunn has good memories of playing against Reading after scoring against the Royals in the reverse fixture earlier this season.

The other change sees David Edgar come in for Conor Coady, who misses the game through illness.

There’s a first appearance on the bench tonight for Under-21 Captain William Boyle, a left-sided defender.

Town’s team vs Cardiff City:
1. Alex Smithies
2. David Edgar
4. Mark Hudson (c)
6. Jonathan Hogg
8. Jacob Butterfield
11. Ishmael Miller
15. Murray Wallace

21. Nahki Wells
