- Cranie has thigh injury, so Lynch comes in

Huddersfield Town Head Coach David Wagner has freshened up his starting XI with four changes for tonight’s Sky Bet Championship game at home to Rotherham United; 7.45pm kick-off at the John Smith’s Stadium.

The first change comes in defence, where Joel Lynch completes his comeback from a hamstring injury to make his first appearance of Wagner’s reign. He replaces Martin Cranie, who is ruled out tonight due to a thigh problem.

The second switch comes in central midfield, where 21 year-old Academy graduate Duane Holmes (pictured above) makes his third start for the Club – and first since late April 2014 – in place of the injured Emyr Huws (hamstring).

After scoring a superb goal against Bristol City at the weekend, Harry Bunn is restored to the starting XI in place of Joe Lolley. Lolley is on the bench tonight, having just started three consecutive games for the first time in his Town career.

Change number four sees Mustapha Carayol start his first game in four at the expense of Jamie Paterson
