Coming to the QPR game on Saturday? If so, there's two big events at PPG Canalside to keep you entertained pre-match from 11.30am!

Huddersfield Town’s Under-21 side is back in action on Saturday when it hosts Nottingham Forest at PPG Canalside.

The young Terriers will kick-off against the visitors at 11.30am at Town’s training ground, which is located at 509 Leeds Road, Huddersfield, HD2 1YJ – only 10 minutes’ walk from the John Smith’s Stadium.

Admission to the game is £1, with a team-sheet included. Proceeds are used to fund the 'All Together Town' initiatives.

Frankie Bunn’s side suffered its first defeat of the Professional Development League 2 season on Monday, with two late goals condemning it to a 3-1 defeat on Humberside. Highlights from the game are below.

As per the early stages of the season, Bunn is set to be without the services of winger Callum Charlton. In addition, Joe Wright, Jake Charles and William Boyle are all out on youth loans, although they can still feature for the Under-21s if called upon; Charles and Boyle did at Hull on Monday.

Managed by Jamie Fullarton, Nottingham Forest’s Under-21s have also won one, drawn one and lost one in the early stages of the PDL2 North season.

At the end of the season, the top two sides from each regional division - north and south - play the end of season Play-Offs to determine an overall winner.

Last season, the young Terriers finished second in the northern ladder before reaching the Play-Off Final, losing 3-2 to Swansea City at the Liberty Stadium.

Meanwhile, ex-Town player and current BBC Radio Leeds pundit Kieran O'Regan will hold a one hour long Q&A session for supporters ahead of Saturday's Sky Bet Championship game against QPR at PPG Canalside from 12.30pm!

The former midfielder will answer questions for 60 minutes until 1.30pm in the Radcliffe Suite at PPG Canalside.

The question and answer session – hosted by Town’s Match Day Announcer Paul Ramsden - is free for PPG Canalside members and £2 for non-members.
