Huddersfield Town’s Under-18s fell to a first defeat of the season on Saturday morning, with Millwall’s 54th minute goal settling the tie.
In truth, the young Terriers were second best for most of the afternoon, with goalkeeper Tadhg Ryan making a few good saves either side of the winning goal.
Town came closest to scoring through attacking midfielder Jack Boyle, who had a good effort tipped over the bar.
