ROBINSON OUT OF ENGLAND U21s

Town loanee returns due to illness

Huddersfield Town loanee Jack Robinson has dropped out of the England Under-21 squad ahead of its upcoming game against Lithuania on Friday.

Left back Jack, who is on a season-loan loan with the Terriers from QPR, has fallen ill during training at England’s St. George’s Park headquarters this week and has returned home as a result.

The defender’s illness will be monitored ahead of England Under-21’s next game in Moldova on Tuesday.

Jack, who made his Town debut during last weekend’s Sky Bet Championship game at Watford, already has nine caps for England at Under-21 level.

Meanwhile, Town’s Philip Billing could make his debut for Denmark’s Under-19s this evening when they play an international friendly in Norway; 5pm kick-off UK time.
