CARR & CROOKS RETURN FROM LOAN

18 November 2014

Development duo back at Huddersfield Town

Two members of Town’s Development Squad have returned from month-long Emergency Loans at League 2 clubs this morning.

20 year-old forward Daniel Carr made three starts and one substitute appearance for Mansfield Town during his month-long spell with the Stags. He also scored once for the Club in a 1-1 away draw at York City. As well as playing in attack, he has also been deployed on the right wing by Manager Paul Cox.

Meanwhile tall midfielder Matt Crooks, also 20, has made two starts and a further one substitute appearance for League 2 Hartlepool United during a month where the Club has appointed a new Manager in former QPR midfielder Paul Murray.

Both players have now returned to Town’s PPG Canalside training complex and are eligible for selection in Saturday’s Sky Bet Championship game at home to Sheffield Wednesday.
