Club wishes to retain three out of contract players

Huddersfield Town has today confirmed the Club’s retained list following the conclusion of the 2013/14 season.

Following the expiration of his contract, Peter Clarke’s five year association with Huddersfield Town comes to an end. Since 2009, Peter has made 224 appearances as Captain, scoring 11 goals.

Senior players Calum Woods, Ian Bennett, Keith Southern and Anton Robinson have also been released by the Club following the expiration of their contracts alongside Cristian Lopez, Chris Atkinson and Paul Mullin.

The Club wants to retain three players who are out of contract; Danny Ward will be offered a new deal, whereas the Club is taking up pre-agreed options to extend the contracts of Murray Wallace and Ed Wilczynski.

A decision on Harry Bunn will be confirmed in due course.
