Town legends ready to attend gold day

Town legend Andy Booth will hold his first Invitational Golf Day on Thursday 22 May at Woodsome Hall Golf Club.

Guests confirmed playing on the day include former Huddersfield Town Manager Peter Jackson, who made almost 200 appearances in four season for Town before returning in 1997 for the first of his two stints as Manager of the Club, the second of which featured victory in the 2004 Play-Off Final at the Millennium Stadium.

Also confirmed for the day alongside former Town favourite Steve Kindon are the trio of Tom Cowan, Darren Bullock and Ronnie Jepson, who were all a part of the 1994/95 team that won promotion to Division One.

Club Ambassador Andy Booth is looking for teams of three to take part in his day-long event, with each team’s fourth player being someone from his extensive list of former Town players, sportsmen and other celebrities.Club
