Town bow out of this season’s FA Cup
The Terriers dropped out of their final cup competition of the season on Saturday courtesy of fellow Sky Bet Championship side Charlton Athletic’s 1-0 win in the FA Cup at the John Smith’s Stadium.
Town started the game well and were guilty of missing several chances, whereas former loanee Simon Church showed his clinical edge at the other end – netting the game’s only goal with the Addicks sole shot on target.
