Club Partner Ask Insight have developed and completed an in-depth Telephone Research Campaign targeting the Club’s lapsed Business Partners and Clients.
Using a sample of multi-sector sample of lapsed business partners and clients who had used HTAFC as part of their sales and marketing activities in the past; Ask completed 25 in-depth interviews, citing various reasons for their non-use of HTAFC, including the economic downturn, cash flow, reduced marketing budgets and businesses changing hands.
The results of the Survey were written up in the form of an Executive Report, which was presented by Susan Kenyon, Director of Ask Insight to HTAFC’s Management and Sales Team.
